Living in the shadows of darkness, women often face discrimination and inferiority complex at the hands of men in the society. It is not always easy to come out of the shackles of their high-handedness. Many women even do not realise that they are being part of some sort of abuse in their life. Some women who are not aware of their rights and the misdoings of the society, take the everyday abuse may be at home or at workplace as normal and never retaliate against it. Eventually, it gets deeply embedded in their lives and what is finally carved out is a shy and nervous personality.
We, at Winger Global Foundation aims at shaping up the personality of women and bringing them out of the shackles of injustice. Our team believes that it is not just the men, but the women too, who have a pivotal role in development of the society. For empowering women, we have launched various campaigns at times, to create awareness amongst them regarding the many form of abuse they are facing, though in an implied manner. Social issues like dowry, gender discrimination, rape, sexual abuse are not just mere terms on which laws are certainly made; but a wholesome life issues which women faces every now and then. Encouraging them to speak us against the atrocities and evil misdoings along with approaching for legal help, is what we aim and work for.
Our team has also launched various self-defence campaigns for women for making them aware of the techniques they can use in case of them being a victim. Women should be empowered themselves and not be dependent on anyone for help. They are self-sufficient for protecting themselves and speaking up against the misdoings. It is hence, necessary and even basic to make each and every woman of this country, learn self-defence techniques and protect themselves.
Protecting their body, mind and reputation is the need of the hour and we, at Winger Global Foundation cherish the basic ideology of nurturing women. Women are not just the 50% population of a society, but a prodigy of goodness, the child-bearers and the family-makers. It is hence important to work for their upliftment and nurture them with all the goodness. They are not the weaker, they are just docile enough to go their freedom and free spirits. We as a team work for this motive only, to encourage the women to speak up against the many atrocities faced by them. Also, to empower them more and make them financially independent, we have launched computer training programs for women so that they learn and eventually earn too.
