Destitute children are wandering solely across the length of the country, on a mere subsistence and on a daily mission to fill their stomach everyday. Children and their health has always been a case of due concern right from our Constitution makers, who deliberately added the provision of proper nurturing of children of our country, under the Directives Principles of State Policy and was also subsequently added in the Fundamental Duties.
Article 21A of the Indian Constitution provides for free and compulsory education for children below 14 years of age by the State. Besides the Constitutional provisions, the Supreme Court too has ruled in the famous cases of Mohini Jain v State of Karnataka and Unni Krishnan v State of Andhra Pradesh that provision of education for children is the very basic aim which should be provided for responsibly by the State. Various NGOs, institutions, private bodies too have a responsibility to break the shackles of illiteracy and provide education to poor kids of our society. Our Government too, has been launching various schemes like PM eVIDYA Programme, VidyaDaan, e-Pathshala, eBasta etc. to provide online/digital education to children of our country.
The organs of State can just administer and provide a base which has to be utilized by the citizens of the country in an effective way. We at Winger Global Foundation, aims at being the intermediary for the upliftment of poor children, providing them education and nurturing the emotions of laws of our country. Keeping up with our grundnorm law of providing and nurturing the education of children has been our aim and we work towards the betterment of our country’s very foundation. Our NGO aims at providing various resources of learning to poor kids and personalized attention is given against the misuse of any funds appropriated.
Children are flowers which can fill the surroundings with fragrance if blossomed fully. With this agenda in mind, our team is fully dedicated for them and even aims at launching various awareness camps for them. Education is hence, the weapon through which shackles of poverty can be broken and poor can aspire for a better life. Our foundation is paralleled with the aspirations of these kids, who wishes to study and get educated. It is the time, that we wake up and work for this downtrodden section of the society and make the future of our country better.
