Across the country, there has been growing instances of malnutrition and poor medical facilities for the kids. Instances are not less even of the growing deficiency of vital vitamins needed for proper nourishment of kids, which leads to lifelong imparity among them. Provision of adequate food along with medical facilities for children, is important for a healthy India.
Our Government has been working in this regard since long and has launched various schemes for the same. Integrated Child Development Service (ICDS), providing nourishment and good health for children of the age group, 0-6 years is one of the world’s largest and robust scheme mechanism for providing holistic development of children. Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK), is yet another scheme meant to address the issues related to deficiency and malnutrition in infants and children. The scheme aims at early detection of congenital deficiencies and addresses the same through provision of medical facilities and proper nourishment. Besides the role of executive, our Constitution has provided for improvement of public health and providing due facilities to children which has been shouldered upon the State under Article Article 39(f) and Article 47. In the famous case of Paschim Banga Khet Mazdoor Samiti v State of Bengal, it was ruled by the Apex court that, State has to provide medical necessities for preservation of human life.
With the motive of providing medical facilities and nourishment to poor kids, Winger Global Foundation aims at providing the required medical help required by kids in their early age. Providing with the first aid, food, treatments, care in a safe environment is what our NGO aims for. Children are the foundation and future of our country. Providing them with a robust medical facility so that the children grow with due care and well developed body has been the aim of our NGO. Our team works for the betterment of children and even aims to launch various health campaigns for providing medical kits and services to the needy kids. Children, their nutrition, treatment, nourishment along with the required medical facilities is what we work for and even aims to incorporate new members for enhancing the base of its work. We take it as a privilege to work as a chain between the society and State and be a part towards social change.
